Wichita State University College of Education is searching for two nine-month, full-time, tenure eligible assistant professors of Curriculum & Instruction with expertise in (1) Middle Level/Secondary Mathematics; and (2) Middle Level/Secondary Science to become a part of our collaborative undergraduate and graduate programs.
College of Education faculty have a long history of excellence in teaching, scholarly publications, and service at local through international levels. Of particular interest are metropolitan/urban outreach partnerships. The successful candidates will teach courses in his/her area of expertise; maintain a solid and energetic program of research; and collaborate with school district personnel and with other educators on topics related to teacher leadership, curriculum and instruction, technology integration and assessment.
