Program Books for Annual Meeting and Summer Conference
Program Books are printed for ATE's Annual Meeting and Summer Conference. These books are distributed at both meetings and contain complete listings of presentations and additional information regarding the meetings. Rates are as follows:
Annual Meeting Program Book Advertising Rates
Inside Front Cover (usually reserved for the following year's Annual Meeting hotel and/or Convention Visitors Bureau): $1,500
Full-Page in body of Program Book: $1,000
Half-Page in body of Program Book: $650
Quarter-Page in body of Program Book: $375
Inside Back Cover (usually reserved for the same year's Annual Meeting hotel and/or Convention Visitors Bureau): $1,250
Summer Conference Program Book Advertising Rates
Inside Front Cover (usually reserved for the following year's Summer Conference hotel and/or Convention Visitors Bureau): $800
Full-Page in body of Program Book: $500
Half-Page in body of Program Book: $300
Quarter-Page in body of Program Book: $200
Inside Back Cover (usually reserved for the same year's Summer Conference hotel and/or Convention Visitors Bureau): $600
Both Summer Conference and Annual Meeting Inside Front and Inside Back Covers: $2,000
