Exhibit at ATE's Annual Meeting and Summer Conference!

ATE's Annual Meeting and Summer Conference provide unique opportunities to reach teacher educators and those involved in teacher preparation at all levels from around the country.

Excellent Sales Opportunities!

Join the exhibitors who reap the benefits of marketing to a growing organization whose members will play a pivotal role in helping America's teachers meet the challenges of educating ALL children successfully. You will be able to meet education decision-makers individually and personally.

    • Approximately 1200 teacher educators, teachers and other educators at our Annual Meeting in February, around 300 at our Summer Conference in August
    • Over 500 Colleges and Universities represented at our Annual Meeting
    • Various school districts and other agencies
    • Networking opportunities

Exhibit Specification 
Information will be prepared for each meeting. Adequate space and traffic flow in front of tables will assure visibility and access. Limited secure storage will be available adjacent to the exhibit area. An on-site manager will be available during set up and exhibit show times. Tabletop exhibits will consist of draped and skirted tables. Two chairs will be provided for each exhibit. There is no set up or dismantling during exhibit hours. 

Exhibit Fee Schedule for Annual Meetings in February:

1. One table (6ft x 3 ft) positioned parallel to wall:

  • $675 Commercial
  • $490 Educational/Non-Profit

2. One table in front of exhibitor provided "pop-up" or floor to ceiling display (not to exceed 10 ft. width x 10ft. height x 3 ft. deep):

  • $840 Commercial
  • $620 Educational/Non-Profit

3. Two tables in L-shape:

  • $890 Commercial
  • $675 Educational/Non-Profit

4. Two tables end-to-end:

  • $955 Commercial
  • $730 Educational/Non-Profit

5. Three tables in U-shape:

  • $1070 Commercial
  • $805 Educational/Non-Profit

6. Three tables in L-shape:

  • $1110 Commercial
  • $835 Educational/Non-Profit

7. Three tables end-to-end:

  • $1160 Commercial
  • $860 Educational/Non-Profit

Unstaffed Marketing Opportunities for Annual Meeting (February)

1. Table Top Display- Display sales catalogues and other marketing items to be placed on a table top for attendees to see. This includes multiple copies of up to 3 different individual items for only $300.

2. Advertise in conference book.

  • $375    Quarter-Page in body of conference book.
  • $650    Half-Page in body of conference book.
  • $1,000 Full-Page in body of conference book.

Applications and fees are due by December 15.
