Report of the ATE Commission on Mentoring and Teacher Induction
The first report of the ATE Commission on Mentoring and Teacher Induction, "Induction, Mentoring and Teacher Retention: A Summary of the Research," by Michael Strong, Ph.D., with assistance from other members of the commission, has been completed and was presented by ATE President Ed Pultorak at the meeting of the Association for Teacher Education in Europe in Agrigento, Sicily, October 23-27, 2004. The commission will be releasing other reports in the coming months.
