ATE and NAPDS are excited to host the 2023 Anti-racism Summit to assemble university faculty, mentor teachers, educators, administrators, and community leaders to examine our roles and responsibilities in promoting anti-racism within our schools, communities, and society. Participants will interact with experts to interrogate what it means to be anti-racist across P-20 educational spaces. Prepare to engage in critical conversations, collective reflection, and differentiated action groups - leaving you empowered to become change agents in local schools, communities, and institutions of higher education.

The Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) online Preservice Teacher Strand is a wonderful opportunity for students! Individuals network, share experiences, interact and learn from nationally recognized educational researchers, teachers, and leaders. Preservice teachers will have the opportunity to learn about critical strategies and techniques that will enhance the likelihood for success as new teachers. Presentations are high-energy sessions that are research-driven and reality-based.

The ATE 2023 preservice strand will be an online event as part of the ATE 2023 Annual Meeting to be held March 25th-29th, 2023.

In addition, as a way of helping the community, ATE has approved a special rate of only $35.00 for students who participate in this event.
