Before registering for the ATE Annual Meeting, ATE Members must establish a new database password. If you have not updated your password, follow the instructions below.

Register for ATE’s 2026 Annual Meeting to be held in Arlington, Crystal City, Virginia at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City from February 8-11, 2026.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend and must cancel your registration, a $75 service charge will be deducted for all refunds prior to November 30, 2025. No refunds after that date. HOTEL INFORMATION
Visit the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport Hotel online reservation site to book your stay. The conference group rate is $209.00 for two traditional double beds or king.
