Special Interest Group: Certification and Accountability

The Certification and Accountability SIG was developed to bring together professionals who are concerned with the standards for certification and the accountability issues that we all face, either locally, statewide, regionally, or nationally.

This SIG invites knowledgeable people to participate in discussions that are determined by the interests of our participants/members.  With accountability in the forefront of our concerns, this SIG hopes to not only bring issues forward, but also to search for solutions, using our members as the catalyst for ideas for change.

Purpose

The Certification and Accountability Special Interest Group:

•    Will serve as a forum for sharing ideas.
•    Will serve as a vehicle for disseminating information.
•    Will provide the means for dialog among those who share common goals concerning certification issues and accountability issues.
