The 2025 Summer Conference of the Association of Teacher Educators will be held in St. Louis, Missouri at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Arch from July 25–29, 2025. BEFORE REGISTRATION
Before registering for the ATE 2025 Summer Conference, ATE Members must establish a password for ATE's website. If you have not established/updated your password, follow the instructions below.

Register for ATE’s 2025 Summer Conference to be held in St. Louis, Missouri at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch from July 25–29, 2024.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend and must cancel your registration, a $75 service charge will be deducted for all refunds prior to June 30, 2025. No refunds after that date. HOTEL INFORMATION
Visit the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch online reservation site to book your stay. The conference group rate is $209 for two traditional double beds or king. Our Give Back Program sponsors a school in our Summer Conference city.
Our 2025 ATE Summer Conference, St. Louis, MO supports Mullanphy - Botanical Garden ILC ~ Investigative Learning Center. Mullanphy - Botanical Garden ILC ~ Investigative Learning Center serves children from pre-school (age 3) through grade five and additionally houses special education classes for children of autism, cross-categorical and resource and aligns with the mission of ATE. Students are taught through investigative learning activities, and utilize the computer lab, science lab, the school's greenhouse and the school's formal garden. The school also receives resources and support from the Missouri Botanical Garden, the St. Louis Science Center and the St. Louis Zoo.
