Emerging Scholars

ATE's Emerging Scholars program offers support for the research of doctoral students and beginning professors. The Scholars are convened during the Association’s Annual Meeting each year.

Leadership Academy

The Dr. W. Robert Houston Leadership Academy was established to broaden the experience and perspective of emerging education leaders. Members of the Academy are nominated for the experience and meet prior to the Association’s annual meeting.

The Leadership Academy focuses on four areas: Education, Leadership, Culture and Partnerships.

Preservice Program

ATE’s Marvin A. Henry Preservice Teacher Program is designed specifically for preservice students. Individuals network, share experiences, interact, and learn from nationally recognized educational leaders and dynamic teachers. Participants learn about critical strategies and techniques that will enhance their likelihood for success as new teachers.
